The Heritage at Lowman

The Heritage at Lowman is a continuing care retirement community that serves older adults throughout their retirement with a variety of levels of care. As an extension of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, the Heritage at Lowman offers residential options for active lifestyle living and assisted living with specialized care for those with memory impairment. Healthcare and rehabilitation services are also available on-campus. Lutheran Homes also operates Lutheran Hospice in the Upstate, Midlands, and Lowcountry areas of our state while providing BeWell Home Services, a non-medical home care program, and BeWell@Home, a healthcare membership program, across the state.
