The Company was founded by Rhian Allen (mum of 2) who was pregnant with her first baby in 2010 and wanted to create a holistic solution to help mums to get healthy and lose weight after having children. It has quickly become the biggest mums only health weight loss site worldwide. The aim of The Healthy Mummy website and product range is to empower mums to live a healthier life. We want to show mums how they can make small changes to their life to become healthier and also show them how to make their families healthier – and we have a team of experts on board to help show you how to do this on a daily basis. The Healthy Mummy Community started off with just a few hundred mums navigating our website (https://www.healthymummy.com) for delicious, healthy recipes to help them lose weight, drinking our vitamin-loaded Healthy Mummy smoothies and utilising our Private Facebook Support Groups to connect with other Australian mums on a similar weight loss journey. Fast forward TWELVE YEARS and The Healthy Mummy Community has exploded. We now have over 1.5 million mums being part of The Healthy Mummy community and transforming their health, life and body on The Healthy Mummy Plans.
