In 2008, in response to the Emirate’s economic and developmental growth, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum established the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department under the leadership of His Excellency Dr. Lowai Mohammed Belhoul. The department aims to provide comprehensive legal services to the Government and its entities, overseeing all legal matters crucial for the Emirate’s economic and social development through a robust legislative regulatory framework.
