The Eastern Transportation Coalition (ETC) is a partnership of 19 states and D.C. focused on the future of transportation. Formerly the I-95 Corridor Coalition, the organization was founded in 1994 and has evolved from a small, highway-focused group to a network of over 200 public agencies. Its mission is to connect public agencies across modes of travel to increase safety and efficiency in transportation systems management & operations, freight, and innovation.
