tekom Deutschland is the German association for technical communication, representing approximately 8,000 professionals in technical communication and related fields. With over 180 volunteers and employed professionals, it focuses on representing the interests of user information and training creators and users. The association hosts the largest global event for technical communication, the tekom annual conference, along with the tcworld conference and tekom fair, which collectively engage over 4,000 attendees. Additionally, tcworld offers international conferences, a magazine, and TCTrainNet, a web-based certification program for international technical communication.
