Teaching and Learning Alliance (TLA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010, with a headquarters in the United States. Specializing in literacy, learning, and leadership, TLA offers a range of services from the PreK-12 classroom to the office of the superintendent. This includes context-driven strategic planning, capacity-building institutes and coaching, and ongoing progress monitoring to facilitate continuous growth.

TLA's mission is to catalyze educational change from the inside out, envisioning a world where children and educators recognize and exercise their agency to effect change in their own classrooms, schools, districts, and communities.
