In 2021, TaxCycle was acquired by Xero, a global cloud accounting software platform, and subsequently amalgamated with Xero’s primary Canadian operating company, Xero Software (Canada) Ltd. Despite the acquisition, TaxCycle continues to function as a separate business within Xero’s Canadian operations.
