TAIS, founded in 2017, is a part of the Turkish Defense Industry, known for its rapid development and modern approach. The company has successfully completed various projects under the Undersecretariat for Defense Industries and has several in progress, showcasing its potential and expertise in the sector. TAIS is a consortium formed by three leading shipyards in Turkey: ANADOLU Shipyard, SEDEF Shipyard, and SEFİNE Shipyard.

The company's primary focus is on the MILGEM Project, which has facilitated a strong collaboration between the private sector and the institutional support from the Undersecretariat for Defense Industries and Naval Forces Command.
