The Syracuse Housing Authority is a Real Estate, Prop Tech startup based in United States, founded in 1964. It aims to provide quality, safe, and affordable housing, create opportunities for residents'​ self-sufficiency and economic independence, and empower individual potential in an environment where people want to live, work, and build communities. The company owns and manages 15 housing developments with over 2,500 apartments, with just over half designated for the elderly or disabled, and the remainder for families. Additionally, it operates the tenant-based housing choice voucher program which provides subsidies to private landlords on behalf of more than 3,000 low-income families. The Syracuse Housing Authority provides essential services to improve the lives of its residents through self-sufficiency programs for education, life skills, and job training for both youth and adults, along with similar resources for the elderly and disabled.
