Sword & Wand, Inc is an independent game development studio founded in 2022 with a mission to deliver innovative games that foster togetherness. Their focus lies in creating deeply compelling online gameplay experiences with a commitment to operational excellence and reflecting their audience in conduct and values. Backed by VC funding, the company is working on a co-operative PVE third-person action game for PC and Consoles. Their effort is centered around enabling people to play games together, both internally as developers and in the experiences they create for their fans. The studio's key priority is providing support, tools, and opportunities for their developers to excel, fostering an environment of growth, empathy, and mutual respect. The last investment, a Seed Round, took place on 22 June 2023 and saw participation from 1Up Ventures, Dreamhaven, Krafton, and Galaxy Interactive. With its seasoned team and strong backing, Sword & Wand aims to bring AAA sensibilities and polish to unique and memorable gaming experiences.
