Susquehanna Workforce Network

Susquehanna Workforce Network (SWN) is a non-profit organization that focuses on workforce development programs and services for businesses and individuals in Cecil and Harford Counties in northeastern Maryland. Established in 1983, SWN collaborates with over 50 local businesses, institutions, and agencies to address regional economic challenges by offering education, training, employment, and outreach programs.
