Success Work

Success Work is a Human Resources company established in 2007. Known commercially as SW, it aims to be a strategic partner in the hospitality industry to enhance service quality through optimizing and flexibilizing human resources. The company is a leader in the national market, particularly in the southern region of the country, with agencies in Lisbon, Quarteira, and Portimão. Success Work's strategy is built on four sub-brands: Worker’s, Services, Academy, and Move.

Worker’s, the core brand, focuses on temporary employment and annually employs over 3000 individuals in sectors such as hospitality, construction, agriculture, logistics, industry, and services. It holds the temporary work license 549 issued by the Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional (IEFP) since July 6, 2007. In addition to temporary work, the company has established the brand Services, catering to outsourcing, recruitment, selection, and indoor services.

In 2018, the company introduced the SW Academy to enhance employees' skills and integration through an innovative practical training program, aligning with its quality and innovation strategy. The Success Work's focus on the hospitality industry and diverse service offerings position it as a significant player in the human resources sector.
