In the acoustic assessment SR activity concerns noise survey, ISO 9613/IEC 61400 noise calculation, turbine noise measurement, noise reduction strategy calculation. Environmental assessment for wind energy include 2D - 3D visual impact, flicker analysis, electromagnetic field impact assessment and analysis. Engineering is supported by expertise on DTM survey, civil works, grid connection. Post construction services include short term forecasting (www.e4cast.it), on site testing and noise monitoring In the solar PV field, consulting include feasibility studies, energy yield, project due diligence, PV plant testing and optimization, grid connection. Engineering expertise includes DTM survey, civil works, grid connection also for minihydro and biomass projects. Energy efficiency expertise include, energy audit, thermal assessment for buildings and engineering of heating plants, public lighting efficiency assessment, district heating. Studio Rinnovabili also sells and gives training on specific software for the design of wind farms (Windsim and Windfarm), sells measurement equipment for anemometry (Ammonit loggers, Thies, Aqs-SODAR, Zephir-LIDAR) and sun pyranometry (Kipp & Zonen and others).
