Stone Estate is a private commercial real estate company focused on value-add and opportunistic investments. The Company was founded in 2017, and its management arm is headquartered in Zurich. Building from our seed portfolio, we aim to become one of the largest focused commercial value-add investors in Swiss real estate. We believe this particular segment is under-served and our investment approach combines long-standing local market expertise with blue-chip real estate private equity experience and international capital markets know-how.
