St. Mary's Ryken High School is a college preparatory Catholic high school located on an 87-acre campus on Breton Bay. Sponsored by the Xaverian Brothers, the school is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools and accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. As an independent, Catholic school, it is recognized by the Archdiocese of Washington and the Maryland State Department of Education.
