Standing Ovation is a French protein company that specializes in precision fermentation. The company's first patented ingredient, Advanced Casein®, has been developed with a focus on sustainability, producing 10 times less CO2, and consuming significantly less water and land compared to regular casein. Its nutritional, functional, and taste qualities are reportedly on par with animal-sourced protein. The company's latest investment round was a €3.75M Series A investment on 13 September 2024. The investors in this round included Bpifrance, Seventure Partners, Astanor Ventures, Big Idea Ventures, Good Startup, Peakbridge, and Bel Group.
