Sri Ramakrishna Credit Co-operative Society Limited

The society is established in 1994 by Sri K.B Jayapal Shetty along with 16 other like minded promoters. It has its Head office in Mangalore. At present it has 25 branches in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi Districts. Present Chairman Sri K. Jairaj B. Rai, who has over 30 years experience in Banking and about 19 years in Co-operative field, has been elected unopposed as Chairman for the period 2015-2020 and also reelected unopposed as Chairman for the period 2020-25. Mr. Rai was General Manager of Sri Ramakrishna Credit Co-operative Society from 2001-2007, Advisor 2007-2010 and Director 2010-2015. As on 31st March 2023 total business crossed Rs. 835 Crores, with Rs. 453 Crores deposits and Rs.382 Crores loans & advances. Performance of the Society in 2022-23 was outstanding in all the parameters. Total business has increased by Rs. 145 Cr over 2021-22, which is highest since inception of the Society. The society has paid-up capital of Rs. 8.26 Crores with 85636 members, has Rs. 17.98 Crores in the Reserve Fund, with total working capital over Rs. 507 Crores. Net NPA is NIL With the net profit of Rs. 9.83 Crores in March 2023. The society has paid 25% Dividend to its members for the year 2020-21. The society has been rated category 'A' in audit Classification.
