SIP Forum

The SIP Forum is an industry association focused on advancing the adoption of IP communications products and services based on SIP. Founded in 2000, the Forum boasts a membership of leading IP communications companies dedicated to promoting SIP as the technology of choice for controlling real-time multimedia communication sessions across the Internet, corporate networks, and wireless networks. The Forum's key activities include directing technical efforts to ensure high levels of product interoperability, providing information on the benefits and capabilities of SIP, and highlighting successful applications and deployments.
