Single-Family Rental is a relatively new asset class for institutional investors of U.S. residential real estate and SFR Asset Management was created to assist new investors gain access to this highly competitive asset alternative asset class. We believe that SFR is still very much in its infancy and that the barriers to enter today are more significant than they were a decade ago coming out of the financial crisis when institutional investors first began to build SFR portfolios. Our business addresses those hurdles. The SFRAM team includes experienced operators from both the buy-side and sell-side working from our own proprietary technology incorporating the best-in-class technology and teams available in the marketplace today to execute on various strategies building blended portfolios of single-family residential assets. Our team has working with large capital markets organizations including experience designing and executing on unique strategies as well as traditional SFR allocation plans. Our experts are experienced investment managers, asset managers, acquisition specialists, construction managers, property managers, maintenance technicians, and resident experience coordinators. Core strategies are based around traditional blended SFR portfolios that are either IRR driven or designed with a longer hold time to include recalibration along the way. Other strategies within SFR include; Build-to-Rent (BTR), Rent-to-Own (RTO), Coliving or Shared-Housing, and Home Price Appreciation (HPA)
