Simko S.A. is the leading provider of raw materials, machinery, and spare parts for the plastic and rubber industry. Founded in 1951 as a sole proprietorship, it became a public limited company in 1964. The company, headed by Executive Vice President Lic. Eduardo Simko, is wholly owned by the Simko family. Situated in the San Martín district, with 2900 m2 of warehouse space and 700 m2 of offices, it caters to the rubber and engineering plastics markets. Since 1953, the company has been the exclusive representative for the Southeast Asia-based Lee Rubber Group – Singapore, and has expanded its product line to include synthetic rubbers, rubber chemicals, and fillers. In the early 90s, Simko S.A. diversified into engineering plastics to serve industries such as automotive, electrical, appliances, and flexible packaging. They offer technical support and a wide range of materials, including ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, and polyurethane.
