SIKCO's manufacturing process is designed to optimize the production of its extensive range of cyl heads. The company has its own tool room to develop tooling for cylinder heads and blocks. Refined and efficient, the meticulous manufacturing process begins soon after receiving samples and drawings. The samples are scanned through whiteline scanning, and a solid model of casting is generated. It is followed by the production of solid model tooling with SIKCO's robust CNC machinery.

SIKCO leads the domestic spare parts market and has regular supplies to the OEM segment with successfully repeated export to USA, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South East Asia. The range of products caters literally every application of diesel, petrol, and compressed natural gas-filled engines for earthmovers, tractors, combines, trailers, trucks, commercial vehicles, power generators, passenger vehicles, vintage cars, marine applications, etc.
