Shale Energy International, LLC, also known as SEI Operating, LLC, is a privately held independent oil & gas production and acquisition company headquartered near New Orleans, Louisiana. Shale Energy International is a sister company to the T & F Oil family of businesses, which has enjoyed highly successful oil & gas exploration and production since the early 1900's California oil boom Shale Energy International entered into a joint venture with a private investment banker, industry partners and Shale Energy Group to lead an effort to acquire, further develop, and produce mature, long-lived oil and gas assets. Shale Energy International and its affiliates currently own interests in operated oil and gas fields West Texas, East Texas, and Louisiana, and non-operated fields throughout Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Shale Energy International has been vetted and approved as a downstream supplier of fuel products for the Department of Defense.
