Sarasota Orchestra - Company Profile

The Sarasota Orchestra is an 80-member Orchestra that has been entertaining music lovers for over 70 years. It is the oldest continuing orchestra in the state of Florida and performs over 100 classical, pops, and family concerts annually. The organization has a dual mission focused on exquisite performance and first-class musical education. It boasts an acclaimed music education program, including the 60-year-old Youth Orchestra, which features five ensembles. The most advanced ensemble, The Youth Philharmonic, made its Carnegie Hall debut in 2008. Additionally, the orchestra offers music lessons for students of all ages and abilities, sponsors multiple community outreach programs, and is the parent program of the Sarasota Music Festival.

In 2008, the organization underwent a rebranding, unveiling a new name and logo, and introducing new series, concerts, and experiences for live music enthusiasts. The Sarasota Orchestra has proven to be an integral arts leader in the community and has continued to thrive with its innovative approach to engaging audiences and nurturing emerging talent.

As a startup in the Education and Music industries, the Sarasota Orchestra presents an attractive opportunity for potential investors seeking to support a long-standing, community-oriented organization with a track record of artistic excellence and a commitment to musical education.
