Main activities of SADET: Design, production, and marketing of prefabricated components in prestressed concrete, including pre-stressed floors, SADET hollow slabs (DAS), pre-stressed slabs, industrial beams, π-shaped covers, concrete framework, and post-tensioning.

SADET History: 1984: Establishment of the company (Société Arabe de Développement des Technologies de construction). 1986: First production unit in Rabat. 1990: Installation of a structure for concrete block floor slabs in Casablanca. 1994: Creation of the site in Fès for concrete block floor slabs. 1996: Development of the Bouskoura site (beams, floor slabs, I and R beams, DAS, π-shaped covers). 2005: Extension of the Fès site for beam manufacturing. 2013: Inauguration of the largest industrial unit for the prefabrication of components in prestressed concrete in North Africa.
