Rugby Players Association

Rugby Players Association (RPA) is the representative body and collective voice of elite rugby players in England, comprising over 600 current male and female players and 100 former players. Since 1998, the RPA has been dedicated to supporting, promoting, and protecting its members' interests throughout their playing careers and beyond. The association offers a comprehensive range of benefits, including independent representation, legal advice, personal and professional development, playing insurance, education, confidential counseling, and transition support. Additionally, members can access support from its official charity, Restart, in case of serious illness, injury, or hardship.
