The company boasts a team of qualified engineering personnel who are engaged in R&D and production activities for RF and digital hardware design, signal processing, embedded software, and system engineering, with experience in both civil and defense sectors. Rst Uzaktan's R&D team comprises 19 engineers, supported by 11 administrative and 2 technical personnel, with 30% of the staff holding master's or doctorate degrees.
