Rockford Housing Authority (RHA) is a municipal corporation established under Chapter 67 1/2 of the Illinois statues. Governed by a Board of five (5) Commissioners appointed to staggered five-year terms by the Mayor of the City of Rockford, RHA employs a staff of approximately 107 personnel to service its residents and maintain its housing stock.
