RKS Asset Management is an independent financial and real estate group based in Spain, founded in 2015. The company focuses on providing alternative real estate solutions that generate value. RKS-AM specializes in structuring and managing alternative investment vehicles with an international presence. They are pioneers in identifying real estate investment opportunities in non-prime locations and sectors with little institutional competition, aiming to create value through a low-risk, recurring returns strategy. RKS-AM designs comprehensive strategies covering the entire investment cycle, from product identification and assessment to management and divestment. In 2016, the RKS Real Estate Fund was launched in Luxembourg, followed by the establishment of Ktesios SOCIMI (REIT) in 2019, which was later listed on Euronext Lisbon. RKS-AM serves as the asset & property manager for both funds.
