Founded in 2010, Ressources Falco Ltée is a leading holder of mining titles in the province of Québec. The company holds rights to approximately 70,000 hectares of land in the Noranda Mining Camp, encompassing 70% of the entire camp and including 13 former gold and base metal mining sites. Its primary project, Horne 5, is located beneath the old Horne mine, which operated from 1927 to 1976, producing 11.6 million ounces of gold and 2.5 billion pounds of copper.
Osisko Développement Corp. is the largest shareholder of Falco, holding a 17.3% stake in the company. The company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "FPC" with headquarters in Montréal and operational offices in Rouyn-Noranda, Québec.
