ReloShare is a hospitality and insurance startup based in the United States, founded in 2020. It was founded by Matt Singley and John Moats, who aimed to simplify the corporate housing booking process by creating an aggregate reservation site with real-time inventory and instant booking. However, their course changed during the Covid-19 pandemic when they identified the scarcity of shelter spaces for domestic violence victims. They partnered with The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence and rapidly housed over 100 survivors in under 2 months, leading to the launch of ReloShare. With the addition of Paige Allmendinger to the team, they introduced Safe Stays, the first hotel booking website addressing the unique challenges faced by domestic violence agencies. Furthermore, they introduced Building Blocks, an exceptional room block contract team offering unbeatable rates, recognizing the value of strong relationships with hotel brands. The latest milestone for ReloShare is the $3.60M Seed Round investment on 07 April 2023. The investors of this round include Motivate Ventures, Service Provider Capital, Lofty Ventures, Eddie Lou, Tao Huang, and Dugan Ventures. ReloShare's mission is to ensure safe and reliable accommodations for clients and sectors that have long been overlooked, utilizing its instant-booking technology to power custom hotel and corporate housing reservation systems.
