Its impact includes 4,000+ hirings, 2,000+ companies, and 90.5% contract extensions beyond the initial 6 months. With a 50-50% women to men ratio, it has received 17 national awards and generated over 30 million euros in salaries for candidates hired through the program. ReGeneration's commitment to driving Greece's digital workplace transformation is evident in its 850,000 hours of soft and hard skills training, as well as its efforts in community service and knowledge transfer center on the Future of Work.
