Ready To Succeed

Ready To Succeed (RTS) is a non-profit organization with a slogan of "Empowering foster youth and first-generation college students to graduate college and launch successful careers." Founded in 2015 by Romi Lassally and Patrick McCabe, RTS aims to transform outcomes for foster youth and first-generation college students by providing targeted support to ensure their success in college and beyond.

RTS initially focused on providing resources, relationships, and opportunities for foster youth to succeed in college. As the organization gained momentum, it expanded its reach to include low-income first-generation college students in January 2022, offering them access to a diverse network of professionals and thought leaders for support and guidance.

The organization encourages the creation of a strong network of caring professionals across various industries, aiming to bridge the opportunity and network gap faced by their students. RTS's mission is to inspire college students in underserved communities by providing coaching, connections, and a supportive community to help them launch successful careers and thrive.
