Established on June 4, 2009, РАМК currently supports mobility assistance programs for leading automotive brands and collaborates with major players in the insurance and operational leasing markets.

РАМК serves over 2 million clients with various program coverages. In 2015, the company handled over 75,000 requests for evacuation and technical assistance, achieving a record 94% probability of receiving service on the same day during peak season. This result was accomplished through optimizing partner networks, timely preventive maintenance of communication lines, and enhancing the qualification of contact center employees.
