Raines Company is a premier hotel management and development group with properties located throughout the Southeast. Led by Grey Raines and David Tart, the award-winning company is known for its operational and development experience, success with historic properties, and expertise with leading brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and Choice.

Raines boasts 19 hotels and 1,858 keys throughout the Southeast, including notable boutique hotels The Foundry Hotel in Asheville, NC, and Hotel Florence in Florence, SC. In 2021, Raines launched Woven by Raines, a specialized division offering tailored branding, marketing tactics, and top-tier food and beverage programming for boutique properties.

In 2020, Raines established Array to address the need for a distinct and specialized commercial real estate and office development division. The hands-on approach by Array's team, led by Chris Scott and Rhett Spencer, delivers a targeted program to suit each client’s commercial real estate needs, including a brand-new office building in Mount Pleasant, SC that broke ground in November 2020.
