Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) is a Silver Spring, MD-based nonprofit patient association that focuses on extending and improving the lives of individuals affected by pulmonary hypertension (PH). As the oldest and largest organization dedicated to the PH community in the United States, PHA strives to advocate for the PH community, provide support and education, improve patient care, and fund research. Founded in 1991, PHA addresses the challenges of this rare, chronic, and life-threatening lung disease that currently has no cure. The organization seeks to attract mission-driven professionals to join their dedicated team in advancing their impactful mission. With a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those living with PH, PHA's work is vital in addressing the needs of this underrepresented health issue.
