Gadira and Almadraba Fishing: A Legacy Trade. Every May, we repeat a craft dating back to the Phoenician era. The red tunas, faithful to their appointment with the Mediterranean, cross the waters of the Atlantic to breed. Utilizing a net system known as almadraba, we select the adult specimens that have perpetuated their species. This method is more than a fishing technique; it is a commitment to sustainability and quality, capturing our tunas at their peak, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Ultra-freezing: Preserving Freshness. Our capacity to work with 100 tunas per hour and ultra-freeze 40 tons daily at less than -60 degrees Celsius sets us apart. This process preserves the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the tuna, ensuring quality and freshness throughout the year.

El Rey de Oros, our other brand, focuses on other types of tuna such as bigeye and yellowfin, along with other seafood products.
