Pride Ag Resources, established in 1915, is an agricultural cooperative based in Dodge City, Kansas. With a focus on providing value to its cooperative, customers, and local communities, the company has evolved significantly since its inception. From its original wood grain elevator and coal bins, the cooperative has grown through mergers, acquisitions, and expansions to encompass 15 grain facilities alongside additional agronomy locations, an ACE Hardware store, and ownership in various ventures.

Employing over 120 full-time staff with a payroll exceeding $6 million, Pride Ag Resources is a significant local employer, offering various vital services in grain, feed, agronomy, farm supply, energy, hardware, and car care. Notably, the cooperative has a unique governance structure that allows for the annual election of all directors, representing the membership. With more than 5,500 members, including over 2,000 voting members, Pride Ag Resources boasts one of the largest memberships in Kansas.

The cooperative's growth has been marked by the integration of 11 different cooperatives over the years, leading to substantial local investments in assets exceeding $45 million alongside additional investments of $5 million. Notably, the facilities include 18 million bushels of grain storage, a grain shuttle loader/unloader, a dry fertilizer facility with 24,000 tons of capacity, and various other enterprises.
