Premier Holding Corporation (“We”, “Us”, “Premier”, “PRHL” or “the Company”) is a Nevada corporation that is a Parent Holding Corporation with an operating division, Energy Efficiency Experts (“E3”) an energy integrator of products and services. Premier Holding Corporation will provide financial expertise which includes access to capital, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and management strategies to its current division E3 and other future divisions and/or acquisitions. PRHL also intends to acquire clean technology companies and energy efficient products and services that are accretive and can be seamlessly integrated into its division and utilize the overall economics of these products for the benefit of the company.
