PRECISE4Q aims to revolutionize stroke treatment by utilizing predictive modeling to provide personalized care across prevention, acute treatment, rehabilitation, and reintegration. The initiative addresses the significant public health and socio-economic threat posed by stroke by developing personalized treatment plans. This involves creating multidimensional data-driven predictive simulation computer models, integrating heterogeneous data from various sources including genomics, microbiomics, biochemical, imaging, social, lifestyle, gender, economic, and work-life factors. The initiative also focuses on extracting, semantically labeling, and standardizing information to develop the Digital Stroke Patient Platform, comprising novel hybrid model architectures, structured prediction models, deep-learning, and decision support systems. The project, founded in 2020, is expected to have a profound impact on understanding risk factors, health, and resilience.
