ПочтаБанк is a new retail bank created in January 2016 by the international financial group ВТБ and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Почта России based on «Лето Банк». The bank will utilize the former banking license of the Central Bank of Russia No. 650. The services offered by the bank include savings accounts, term deposits, payments and transfers, internet and mobile banking, checking and credit cards, a wide range of credit products, pension accounts, box insurance, and service products. The key goal of ПочтаБанк is to increase the accessibility of financial services for the residents of Russia. Почта Банк aims to open around 15,000 client centers in post office branches between 2016-2018, with plans to become one of the largest banks in the country.
