The investment group, comprising Greenville locals and partners in western North Carolina, successfully raised over $2 million to fund the building's purchase and equipment. The renovated historic space now serves as a family-friendly gathering spot, featuring a 15-barrel brewing system capable of producing over 4,000 barrels of beer annually in a variety of flavors.
