Pierre 1er Gestion (PPG) is an independent management company, authorized under the AIFM Directive by the AMF on October 21, 2015, under number GP-15000024, specializing in real estate management. Since 2016, PPG's teams have been making investments in mainland France in the professional real estate sectors with the ambition to outperform the real estate market in the long term. Currently, PPG manages over 750 million euros in assets spread across 8 investment funds (OPPCI, FPCI, FCPR, other FIA). In 2022, PPG launched the marketing of the PPG VALEUR IMMO Risk Mutual Investment Fund, which targets investments alongside regional or national professionals in land support, property trading, and real estate development.
