The platform uses machine learning and big data analysis to significantly reduce shipping costs, time, mileage, and energy worldwide. The company already has revenues from customers (including the most prominent Israeli freight forwarder, a subsidiary of 3rd global) and conducts a POC at the largest Israeli seaport in partnership with 500Global. Founded in 2022 by 8200 and elite IDF unit alumni, Pierate.io won 1st place at Tel Aviv University's start-up competition, and the award was even doubled by the world-renown investor, Jeremy Coller.
