Perseus Co., Ltd is a Korea South-based startup with a focus on providing simple and secure solutions within the mobility systems sector. Their products include hypervisor software solutions, secure OS, Linux Fast Boot, and MCU bootloader for automotive SoC and RISC-V environments, along with AutoSAR Classic/Adaptative, RTOS, and Linux operating system software environments. The company received a US$ 600,000 seed investment from Kakao Ventures in January 2017, shortly after its founding, as reported by ZDNet. Over time, the cumulative investments in Perseus have reached approximately US$12 million, and they have also secured US$2 million in grants from the Korean government. Perseus has achieved significant milestones, including leading the automotive hypervisor technology at GENIVI AMM 2018 (COVESA) in Munich, Germany, and being invited to the Global Entrepreneur Summit 2019 in Hague, Netherlands, hosted by the US government.
