The company was established by Jim Mayer, Sr. and Joe Morse, Sr. in response to the increasing demand for private label hot sauce. Over the years, Pepper Source has expanded its operations, boasting locations in Van Buren, AR, and Rogers, AR, while enhancing its capabilities with a new research and development facility and in-house IT batch monitoring system.

Presently, Pepper Source caters to major poultry companies, frozen food, meat, and food service industries, offering custom products and employing around 500 individuals across its three locations.
