Parity Partners is a groundbreaking startup that has been empowering diverse talent for influential leadership roles and enriching corporate diversity since 2016. Founded by four dedicated female executives, their mission is to address the shortage of women in leadership positions and promote diversity in the corporate world. Through their initiatives, Parity Partners facilitates the placement of accomplished women and diverse talent into executive positions while also focusing on training the next generation of female leaders.

Parity Search, one of their core offerings, provides a comprehensive pipeline of diverse, highly qualified talent to the financial services, asset management, and technology sectors. Their database boasts over 10,000 accomplished professionals, further supported by the P3 community.

The flagship initiative of Parity Partners, the Parity Professional Program (P3), is designed to elevate both early-career and experienced professional women by enhancing their strategic leadership skills with a robust curriculum. The program organizes members into small groups to foster community-building opportunities with other talented women. The global Parity community encompasses over 600 high-achieving women located in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Boston, and Washington, District of Columbia.
