The PEO Solution: The traditional Outstaffing services are based on a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) model in which we become the “employer of record”. Under a co-employment agreement, you would cease to be the employer for payroll purposes, yet retain supervisory control over the staff. All wages are paid by Outstaffing, and we issue the W2.
