OtherSide Entertainment is an independent game development studio founded in 2013, focusing on delivering innovative gameplay, immersive worlds, and engaging narratives. The company's expertise lies in creating "player-authored" experiences, drawing inspiration from classic games such as Ultima Underworld, System Shock, Thief, Deus Ex, and Epic Mickey—titles developed by the company’s founders, Paul Neurath and Warren Spector. In 2016, the studio released Underworld Overlord, a highly praised game in the Google Daydream VR platform. Currently, OtherSide Entertainment is working on System Shock 3 and Underworld Ascendant. The last investment, a Corporate Round investment, was received on 20 June 2023 from Aonic.
