OSA Računarski inženjering was established on September 22nd, 1989, and has since become a prominent figure in the regional IT market. With a team of more than 40 employees, OSA is renowned for its expertise in DMS, GIS, CAD, and printing systems. The company focuses on software solutions and professional computer graphics systems for document creation and management.

For over 25 years, OSA has been the official Value Added Distributor of Autodesk software for the Adriatic region, and it is a member of the Autodesk Development Network. Additionally, OSA is an official partner and distributor for Canon, Océ, KERN, and Hunkeler equipment and systems.

OSA holds the distinction of being the sole authorized service provider in Serbia for digital printing systems manufactured by Océ and Canon, ensuring stable operation and maximum efficiency. The company has designed and installed printing centers for major organizations in the region, such as Serbian Telecom, Serbian Tax Authority, and Macedonian Postal Service.

In the mid-1990s, OSA developed UniDocs, a proprietary Document and Workflow Management Software solution, making it one of the pioneers of Document Management Systems in the region. The system is continually optimized based on customer demands, new technologies, and IT trends, resulting in the development of UniDocs Business Box software - a unified Business Management system combining ERP and DMS functionality, marketed through a network of partners.
