Orr Fellowship

Orr Fellowship is a program dedicated to shaping the future generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. Founded in 2000, the fellowship offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to kick-start their careers. Selected from a large pool of applicants, fellows are placed with an Indianapolis-based host company for a two-year commitment. During this time, they engage in innovative projects and have the chance to closely interact with company executives.
